Paella Time…
I was assigned to assist my aunt cook paella for the coming reunion of my family on the mother side. Few of our relatives will come from all parts of the world and this is going to be the first time that we will all meet. The favorite dish of the family is paella and I already bought paella pan for this exciting event. I haven’t really seen in person my cousins from England, Australia and from Netherlands and I am so excited to see them very soon.
