New Jersey Probate Lawyer
So, as you know I am studying to become a lawyer and whilst I am still in the early stages of my studies there will come a time when I need to decide which field of law I want to specialize in. Just last week I had a lecture on Probate Law. What the hell is that you may ask? Well, Probate is a process by which the estate of a deceased person is both validated and executed. Basically, when a rich person dies, the Probate Lawyer looks after the estate and riches!
This lecture sparked somewhat of an interest in me and I decided to contact a local New Jersey Probate Lawyer to see if I could do some work experience with him. He gladly accepted and I will start next week. I think this line of work would be really interesting and you certainly would see how the other half lives. Managing people’s Estate matters can be a very sensitive matter, something which I think I would be quite suited to. Anyway, I will keep you posted on my work experience next week.
