My mom keeps on ignoring the files, documents and papers that I have been putting on her desks for the last three days. She said she have the firm idea of not changing her life insurance. It will not kill her to take a moment and look at what the life insurance quotes says because I am really sure, pretty sure that she will change her mind once she knew that her old insurance company only seek for their growth in terms of money and stability and not the individual himself. I really hope she would take that chance and not be so close minded about it.

As I started having this small business, I am focus and hands on in it. My mom kept on asking me about what degree I will take when I entered college because it is the next level and that level is much more harder than high school. She said that college life it all it takes for me to get a great job after four or five years. I also am looking forward to my future and there’s nothing I want to do after high school that go to college. I thought about that statement my mom always tells me every night because I care about my future. I had some previous experiences in summer jobs before, which my sister offered, looking at an online site, and I think I am ready for it.
Getting promotional products for your company is so much fun. We get to choose which is the best candidate for give away and our boss trust our opinion about it. Although this shopping spree is not going to be mine, the thought that I will be able to go shopping during office hours is amazing. My boss trust that I know the budget and the limit for it but I will choose the best that will represent the company. Things that can be use by old and young people is what I have to buy and impress them with fantastic logo as well.
We are on a target this month to achieve a big amount or else, the company would have to pull through everything. It has been in the business for the past 10 years but still needs to be stable in these times of the year. Ever since global economic crisis hit us, we were on a roller coaster ride, and most of the time, we are at the bottom. So, we were given an ultimatum that is why we seek help from professionals, no matter what it will cost us. They will provide a better private placement memorandum to us. We have reviewed what they have to offer and we think that they are our last hope to gain popularity, more income for us and a stable future, at least for a month or so.
My sister was busy making some cardboard display on the shelves where the magazines are placed when I came by to see her and invite her to have lunch with me. Whenever I see her, she is always doing something. Like she never run out of somethings to do. She doesn’t want to just stay there at the counter facing the customers and entertaining them. She wanted to use more of her hands rather than her mouth.

She is volunteered to be in charge because she likes the work. Me, I prefer to stay at home and relax all day on my free day rather than making something and get exhausted after.
It was in the middle of the night where I finally decided that I should be in the moving business. People everyday are moving in and out of their houses and finding new ones because of different reasons. Some will want to be independent and be alone, some have a big family already and need some bigger space etc., whatever the reason is, people still needs moving companies; not just an ordinary one but those who do cross country moving companies.
Sure you need to have good drivers, good person to direct and instruct and capital for it but it is not that hard if you have the best team and the best carrier. All it takes is gut and believe that you can do it. People will start to demand for your service because you are the only one who do cross country, isn’t that amazing?!
After the meeting today, I feel so stressed because I was assigned with a team that I don’t really get along very well. We are in a different group and I doubt that we will brain stormed well with ideas on what to show audience on the day on the trade show. We were given three weeks to do it well and do it perfectly and I am really stressed out. We didn’t have a fight but our friends did so it was kind of hard now. But my credibility and my professionalism is at stake so even of I make the first move, it doesn’t matter.
Good thing she also have the same thing in mind and after a long talk, we have decided to give away promotional bags for the customers. We both kind of like the tote bags especially for the women and the mothers. They are usually the ones in sight during these times. After the trade show, we still hang around because we saw different sides of each other, enemies can be friends, too.
My mom and her staff just celebrated the first year anniversary of their business. It was an awesome celebration and I was there to witness it. They had foods and stuffs for the customers and seeing those people and those customers so happy in that event was well fulfilling and keeps our hearts up rise. I was one of the people who helped her made this thing possible so I am really proud of myself. I helped her customize some membership cards to be given away with people who will attend the celebration.
The event turned out really well and we were surprised how many people were there to attend, of course there were free foods but the sales went up really high on that day alone. I hope that in the next coming days and weeks and months, sales will go up more because of the membership cards we gave away.
