I called moving companies to set up an appointment to pick up my things because in about three weeks, I have to move to another place. I need to stay closer to my workplace because I have been late for a couple of days already and my boss was not happy about that. I should come at work right before he arrived but it never happens. I am his executive assistant and he arrives earlier. My reasoning was not acceptable I know, like the one I told him that I don’t have a car and I can’t afford to ride a taxi always. My boss already warned me about this and I have to comply if I don’t want to loose my job.

My digital camera run out of memory after we had this great weekend getaway. Everybody was taking pictures like crazy and the 2 gigabyte memory run out. My sister already warned me about this, that I should buy a micro sd with higher memory but I didn’t listen. I want to delete photos but I am having troubled minds with it so I decided to buy a new on but with a lesser or affordable price, of course.

When I see my friends have their parents who are in their old ages go in some nursing homes, I feel sorry for both of them. The parents, because they were abandoned by their children and the children, for they have abandoned the people who raise them and took care of them until they are finally stabilized. Maybe they have their reasons but I don’t think I would understand any of it at all. I never want to put my mother or my father in a home where there are abandoned human beings. As long as I can take care of them and they do no harm with my family, they will stay with me. I even bought my mother a talking watches because she always ask my kids what time it is for her to watch her favorite soap opera. My kids are busy people and they don’t want to be disturb that is why I am glad they have these technology nowadays.

Aside from owning several Towable Tubes which is really fun activity, I own a boat. Actually it came from my grandfather. He knows how much I love the sea. Dealing with high prices of everything is a big change in my life and anyone else’s life. There are ways that we should do to prevent these high prices from eating us alive. For example, getting used Harleys would be a better way to have rather than drive a car because of the high gas prices. We have to make our wallets have more space than ever because we have to prepare ourselves from emergencies and accidents.

My dad went home today having a great smile in his face. We were all excited what had happened to his day but he doesn’t want to talk until he said we finally are complete in the dining while eating our dinner. I bet he had a major surprise from work and I am excited about it. I feel that he is finally been promoted and will have more salary and we can buy whatever we want. It is already 7:30 in the evening and the food was already cooked by my mother but my brother is still not home. He was supposed to come early because my father wont say a thing until everybody is complete. I texted him many times and he finally arrived 30 minutes later. Ohh, how I hate it when he arrived late!!
Anyway, while we were having the chicken Alfredo and it taste good by the way, my dad finally popped the news. We were shocked because we thought he was promoted, but he will be moved by the company to New York, and we are joining!!!It was risky though because it is a new branch but we are all excited because my father is happy. In a week, we will be moving there so we better prepare early for the New York Moving Company will arrive just in time and there’s no room for late. I am going to miss the neighborhood here but it is a chance for me to also shine there and experience one great city where everything has second chances.
